Tried for many many hours to upgrade to Windows 10, despite being assured that the process is easy. Was told to download Media Creation Tool... But when I got home, after downloading the 3.72 GB file, attempted to install, and was asked for a product key... No product key to be found! Not in the BIOS (as suggested online), not on the box, not on the bottom of the laptop, and not on the receipt. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! By now, the upgrade process should be much simpler than it still is. Ugh!

I had this computer for less than a week and I had to return it. Pros: 1) The volume on this computer was phenomenal. Lenevo wisely placed the speakers at the front so that the sound was far reaching and vibrant. 2) The picture quality was crisp. There was no pixilation with this system and the images were very clear. Con:This computer brags about having a touch screen as well as the ability to use the key-pad--tell that to the computer itself. It often takes several tries for the computer to realize that you are going from touch screen to the touch pad. There are whole minutes when either the mouse's pointer disappears entirely from the screen or when you touch the screen and nothing happens. There is a lack of processing somewhere along this system. Personally, I need my laptop to be responsive when I move and ask it to do something so despite it's benefits, this computer was a no-go for me.

I bought this computer with the expectation that it would have windows 8.1 installed on it. It had Windows 8.0. I immediately updated it after turning it on for the first time and the Windows update made the touch screen no longer work. After contacting Lenovo tech support they told me I would have to do a system restore to get the touch screen to work again. I returned the laptop and got a different one. Avoid this laptop unless you like an out of date OS.

Always loved Lenovo but this machine is a big disappointment basically because of Window 8.1. Hate it and will dump it and buy an Apple. Looked at Best Buy site to see its trade in value at Best Buy and it is $52.00. :-(

My Husband and I purchased this computer on June 19. This product was open box so we decided to take a chance on it but we did get the tech support plan. We get the laptop home and begin to test it out and there were TONS of pop ups. We went to add the anti virus only to notice that there was no disk drive on the computer. at this point we are pretty fed up with how slow the computer run and the many pop ups. So we decided to return the computer on June 24, only to find out it the computer had a few viruses. So I say that to say run from this product and find another brand!!!!!

I thought I was buying a good laptop. I was wrong. This laptop lasted 2 months before crashing and becoming completely unusable. The problem started when the laptop could no longer find networks and was unable to troubleshoot without crashing. After running a refresh and a reset I was forced to send my laptop to Lenovo for repair. After receiving the repaired laptop I noticed that it was put together incorrectly with gaps in the mouse pad and other issues. I've learned that not only this product but also this brand are entirely untrustworthy.

My keyboard failed. several keys stopped working, including the space key. Doing some research, it appears to be a common problem with this model. Never buying a Lenovo again.
