    Operating system not that great. Will not consistently keep connection. Rebooting constantly to reconnect net and printers. Too slow for a new computer. Tried to purchase another model recommend by consumers reports. Steered to this one by an associate.

    I've owned just about every brand PC and this beats them all. The whole laptop just feels solid from the hinge to the keyboard. Windows 10 is the icing on the cake.

    Overall this computer has been fairly good. Sadly during the recent update for windows it crashed to a black screen. We did take it to a local computer shop and they had to re upload everything.

    bought it for work. Ok performance. However the finish material on this laptop attracts fingerprints like crazy. From the body to touchscreen. You'll leave an oily mark wherever you touch.
