Posted .This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small button on the right side of the device, right near the power button on the device. You will need a pen or pencil to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.

I will be returning it ASAP for a better GB laptop. The Pros: - The touch screen is extremely sensitive, and works well. - I love how the screen can fold and be a tablet. - For a cheap laptop, the sound is pretty fantastic and the picture isn't half bad The Cons: - Extremely, extremely slow. Lags often. I knew a 2 GB computer would be slow, but not that slow. My screen would freeze every 10 seconds. I was on the internet opening multiple tabs to read articles, and it kept crashing and having to recover the web page. -The internet kept cutting in and out. I know it wasn't a problem with my internet, because I was using the internet on my phone at the same time. The computer kept connecting and dissconecting to the internet. It would happen about once every 2 mins. I tried restarting the computer, but alas the problem continued. I absolutely love the design of the laptop, however the 2 GB is just too slow to acccomplish anything. It lags terribly, and freezes. I know you get what you pay for, but I was expecting a bit more out of this.

The novice computer user will have difficulty using this laptop if attempting to load software. This laptop is slow, freezes for moments, and is not intuitive to use. The touch screen, size, and price are the best features. I am deciding if I should return it or keep it since the price ($199.00) is very good. In this case, it is a choice of saving money and sacrificing ability.

Okay for a first laptop/tablet

She wanted a tablet and a laptop but couldn't decide which one she wanted more, so we found this product and it was a mix of both. Plus the price was very good. It is very easy to setup and start to use. The only con to it is that it is very slow and takes a long time it load. For my daughter it is okay for now but if it were for personal ise I would have returned it.
