I love how flexible it is and it's pretty tough for being so small. When you run to much at once it gets slow and sometimes it lags from screen to screen when you are using multiple programs.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this product. I received for Christmas and waited 25 days to open. The product would not work. It would not report the correct date time, auto rotate, or play the product demo. I called Lenovo for assistance. They decided it needed to be reset. It was taking a long time as it hung up on 63%. They said for me to call back but I demanded they call me. They promised to call in one hour. Did not receive a call, When I called, they blamed me for not answering the next question. Wanted me to wait another hour for another update. Set it up again and hope for the best. Did not care that I wasn't satisfied. Actually wanted to blame Windows. Told them I was returning. They could care less. Headed to Best Buy. Received a refund. I told them I did not want a gift card because after the horrible experience not sure I would be back. Didn't really care either. Wasted my entire Sunday on a substandard product. This is an exclusive for Best Buy and should be an embarrassment to them.

The second day, it ran into all sort of problems like constant freezing and crashing. With a 1.6GHz processor, I don't blame it. This thing is a sad excuse of a laptop, especially one that wants to be a tablet while running Windows 10. The laptop itself can barely handle what Windows 10 is requesting. I was only able to get 3 programs onto it before it locked up on me and became unusable. There's no point in buying "cheap" if you can't even run simple programs like Chrome and Avast!. Also, "Tablet Mode" is a whole other bag of garbage. Save yourself and get something that's actually capable of running more than just the OS.

Posted .With regard to installing APPs, be sure there is enough hard drive space on the device. This may also be effecting the APPs on your device from working properly. If you have less that 20% of free space (approximately 6.5GB free space) left on your hard drive, this is going to slow down performance.

Terrible - Do NOT Purchase

I bought this purposely for doing very basic tasks like browsing the internet or at the most playing a movie through my TV. I wish I read other reviews before purchasing. Stay far away.

only good for running Window 10, NOTHING ELSE

This laptop is slower than my 10 years old Toshiba running Window Vista. The 2 GB memory is not sufficient to get on AOL with all the video loading in the background eating up huge chunk of memory. I return it the next day and got a HP Chromebook with 2GB and it is working fine. I only use it to surf and stream video. The Chrome OS uses a lot less memory than Window 10.

Posted .Microsoft Office software is already installed on this system. It is a 30 trial that can be permanently activated by purchasing a 29 digit product key. You can get this from your retailer or online at Microsoft.com. If you have downloaded another copy of Office this could be the reason your system is running so slow. Also there is an SD Card slot on this system so you can add additional storage memory just by adding an SD Card. Hope this improves your experience with this system.
