It's stuck restarting

Posted .This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small button on the left side just above the volume button. The button is so small, you will need a pencil or pen to push the button. Plug you system in. Let the battery charge for a few minutes. Then press the OneKey Recovery Button. Your system should boot up to a screen that will ask you if you want to normal boot to your desktop to make manual repairs to your system. The other selection is to restore your system, either to a restore point or to factory default settings. Once your system is operating to your satisfaction, create a restore point on your system that you can go back to if errors occur again.

Not a great 2/1 laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know where to start but let me say we only had this Lenovo laptop one day and decided it's going back it's a beautiful 2/1 laptop but that's all. I couldn't get the thing to work it took hours and hours to reboot to be precise over 6 hours to reboot it's confused if it's a tablet or a laptop I don't like the speakers under the body if it's sitting on your lap it's hard to hear I couldn't get netflix to probably work I don't know if it was the app so we went online to netflix and had same issues the thing lags so bad and the touch screen respond was horrible I'm not sure if I got a bad unit but I'm not getting another one. I'm returning 1 day later I would have returned same day but best buy was closed already.

Can't keep wifi
