We took it home and found that the system takes 1.5 minutes from power up to login before you can run programs. I loaded Minecraft on to my sons new system and his first time clicking on the icon took the program 3 minutes to load. when you try to walk in the game it's super slow and the graphics jump around. the CPU is at 100% when in Minecraft. We dropped the graphics in the game to the lowest possible settings and still have issues, this is a Celeron processor and I would not recommend this computer to anyone unless it's just for watching videos and surfing the web or just blogging on FACE BOOK. yuck. worst computer ever

With regard to the issues you are having with your external mouse, there are drivers you need to load on to the Flex 3-11 to make the mouse work properly. It sounds like there is a driver update you need to make. Check with the manufacturer of the mouse you are using for the latest driver update for Windows 10. Before you make any changes to the Flex 3-11, create a restore point on the device, then create a new restore point once the issue is fixed. Load the latest driver for Windows 10 from the mouse manufacturer on to the Flex 3-11, after you create the restore point.
