I purchased this laptop which was an open box item that had purportedly been check out and had no problems. Well, whomever gave it the once over must not have any idea what they were doing. The item was a piece of junk. It did harm to a memory card and when I took it to the Geek Squad the agent I spoke with told me that he could see right away there was something wrong with it! Fortunately, I was able to return it but I'm SOL where my memory card ( vacation photos) is concerned!!

This laptop 3 in 1 has been hades since I took it home and the problems kept compounding up to where I have to reset the laptop every time an app loads or I cannot use the keyboard and touchpad. The support told me my year warranty was up 2 months early and the issue seems to be one that multiple people have online with no permanent fix. I was really excited at first now feel like I wasted my money.

I was extremely disappointed when I brought it home and saw how very very slow it was it has a very bad processor in it and very poor graphics the only good thing about it was the great customer service at Best Buy that gladly accepted it and got me into something far more better for my needs but I would not recommend it to a friend it's very very slow and maybe better for a child

Because the system was working good initially, it sounds as though there was a Windows 10 update that was in compatible with one or more of your drivers. You can follow the link below to Lenovo.com support-drivers and look for driver updates for your specific system. Be sure to create a restore point be for you make changes, then create a new restore point once you fix the issues. You may want to turn off automatic Windows 10 updates, that way you will get a notice when there is an update for your system, you can create a restore point before you allow the update. This is the worst computer I've ever used. Bought for my daughter and we've had nothing but trouble with it. The the touch and curser don't move together, even with a mouse. Plus, the computer will just crash for no reason or just take a really long time to load a page.

This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the right side of the device, right near the power button on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. You can select to leave your programs and files on the device and only restore the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset if you choose to delete all files and programs. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. lenovo

I don't usually write reviews unless a product is either really really good or really really bad, but I just felt compelled to write a review on this computer because it is so horribly bad! They should rename it ice cube because it freezes up more than it runs! I have never seen a brand new computer so slow and buggy like this one. I can't believe they actually released this to market. This thing can't even check email without hiccuping and forget trying to watch a video on YouTube the video will play, but then all of a sudden no video on screen, but you still hear the audio and you can't find where the video went and you have to start the computer over. Try going between tablet mode and regular mode is an absolute disaster waiting to happen it will freeze on cue every time! This piece of hardware cannot run windows 10 is the bottom line it just ask more than its capabilities can handle.
