I bought it and about 2.5 weeks later touch screen stopped working. It was too late for me to return it and I called Lenovo. They said mail it in and it will be fixed. They didn't tell me I wouldn't see my brand new computer for 3 months. BUYERS BEWARE OF LENOVO. If you have a warranty issue you will see this all the time "due to part shortage" you repair will be delayed. Look this up on the internet a lot of people say the same thing. I asked them how there can be a part shortage on a machine that is still being sold in stores. I've never ever had a computer break on me within a month of purchase. I've never ever had a such horrible service experience with a computer company. Also do some research online. Look for 2015 or newer reviews on reliability and Lenovo is not considered reliable. It's definitely not like Lenovo of the past.

Easy to use, great apps and different options to use. enjoy the touch screen and the flexibility of the screen would recommend to buy if looking for a laptop.

I have had my Lenovo Flex 2in1 for exactly 3 weeks today. I went to turn my Flex on and it would not turn on. After trying a few times, I contacted Lenovo help center. They walked me through a few steps to reset it and I had to wait 2 hrs to see if it worked. It will not power up at all. So then recontacted Lenovo as they said and they suggested we send it to them to be put in the shop to see if they could fix it. Noway am I doing that on a 3 weeks old laptop. I will be returning it tomorrow. Stay away from this product!!!!!!!

Got it for the wife but find myself using it more love it because it compact easy to take places

I really like the form factor and features. I spent 3 days several hours a day trying to talk myself into liking this, but the Celeron processor is just horrible! You can't stream anything (and I run 90mbs internet) it is too jerky, when you click to launch an app it takes a long time even running 2 tabs on the web browser overloads the processor and the pointer stutters. I have a $100 chromebook that streams better and is a better web surfing machine. I'm very disappointed because I love my 2yr old Lenovo Flex 2 and it has similar specs except it is an i3 processor, so I guess it has to be the Celeron processor. :-(

This laptop is extremely slow. I got it for carry around use for upcoming online classes since my Macbook is too big to constantly lug again, however after I experiencing just how slow the processor is, I returned it and I am currently looking for something better. I believed this was a good choice based on current reviews, however I was extremely wrong. The scroll action is delayed, and when you use the touch screen, it lags and takes a minute to process as well. This may be good for someone who wants a computer just to have one, however if you actually need something that is fluent, steer clear.

I am so disappointed in this laptop! I got this laptop for a Christmas present and I was setting it up and working with it for about 2 hours and suddenly, it just wasn't working. When I started to use the mouse and clicked on a tab, it wouldn't come up and when I used the touch screen, it didn't work either. It was also stuck in tablet mode. We ended up returning it right away...

The thing looks great and has all the features necessary. However, it did locked up when it initially downloaded updates. It has a Celeron processor so it is not the fastest, not even browsing. I did played an hd video from YouTube and looked great. Not sure if it was 4k. I've had it for a day and more likely will be exchanging it for the Pentium version of it. The price seems right even though it has 4gb RAM and a 500hdd which is one of the most around that price range. Setting up my wifi printer was a breeze.

This laptop is a little slower then the one I had before, but it has a lot of great advantages. The other one I had the keyboard couldn't be opened all the way and the Flex gives you a lot of options. Not a lot slower either.

horribly slow....processor sucks internet connection is worse than a 49$ tablet ....dont waste your time or money returning....

Absolutely the slowest laptop I have been on in ages.

This laptop works pretty well. The only downside is that It continually makes me restart to install updates. I do like the ease with which I can switch from laptop mode to tablet mode.

Really impressed with this laptop. Great size and weight and really good value for money. Looking forward to using it on a regular basis.

Nice little laptop that has a touch screen and the 360 degree feature so you can watch videos anywhere and move it from a lap to a coffee table to a kitchen counter easily.

Great computer and tablet (all in one). Does well for writing papers and doing minor things. Doesn't have a lot of storage so an external hard drive is needed.

Some might say 1.6ghz isn't fast enough,but I say it all depends how you set up your computer. i'll have multiple pages open and it's still going strong. all the games I've played have had no shortage of moves and there's been no problems with streaming or recording. I do work on multiple pages without a break. I thoroughly recommend this computer

Laptop is very basic, not a lot of frills but is OK to do email, and surf the web. It has no internal DVD drive. If you want a DVD drive, you have to purchase it separately. The graphics card is low quality, you will not get good resolution. Pictures have a washed out look. For the money, it's not to bad. You can not add any more memory to the mother board, 4 Gig is all that its holds.

This laptop was amazing and if it weren't for bills we would still be together. Definitely buying this bad boy again.
