It will get the job done but at 300$ (after taxes), I feel it is overpriced. It lags straight out the box and right away you can tell the picture quality is dismal. The touch compatibility is nice.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Flex 3-11. With regard to the issues you've mentioned, the screen brightness can be adjusted in system settings. Be sure the automatic adjustment is turned off. If you are having problems after the Windows 10 update, look to see if you have a restore point on your device that is before the update that you can go back to. The wireless mouse issue obviously is not the Flex 3-11. Be sure you have a new battery in the mouse and you have the latest driver from the mouse manufacturer installed on the Flex 3-11. You may have to go to the mouse web site for the latest version. The USB connection problem, try plugging a different device in to the port, does it work? Try plugging the device you are having problems with in to a different USB port. As always, create a restore point on your device before you make changes. Lastly, you can look for driver updates for your specific system at Lenovo.com support-drivers. Here is the link:

Awesome laptop

I love everything about the capabilities of this laptop

Don't be afraid of change. Even if you were sorry in the past, it's better now. I only had trouble automatically getting my email but I think it was my local provider, not the product.

Installed Avast and MS Office and the performance was poor. Programs take forever to load, the browser freezes and even the mouse pointer moves slow at times. They say this is a great machine for people which do very little, but even for that was a very bad.

Windows 10 comes with Microsoft Office Software preinstalled, you just need to purchase an activation key (29 digit number) to activate the software, no install is needed. Playback and sound device some time eror ,stop running all of sudden. Touch screen also not sensitive sometime couldn't detect my finger touch. Feel horrible, I used it 4 months only.

So slow and the mouse is so loosey-goosey, it's barely functional - it is unlike any other computer I've ever used - do not buy it - it will make you crazy (while taking forever!)
