I specifically asked the sales associate for a laptop that I could connect my monitor and full size keyboard to and was told that this one would do that. It does not. This is too small to use. Might be a good purchase for a young kid.

The review summary says is all. Plus I wanted a tablet, and when you fold it over, you're holding the keyboard underneath, so wasn't as functional as a Samsung tab 4 10.1.

There may be some driver updates for your system that can improve performance. You can follow the link below to Lenovo.com support-drivers and look for driver updates for your specific system. Be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes, then create a new restore point once the issue is fixed. Here is the link:

I returned this, there was a chip in the corner..so much for Geek certified. Overall, product felt pretty flimsy, I guess appropriate for that price point.

Terrible. It takes about 2 minutes for the Start menu to come up, the Wi-Fi antenna makes it so it's about as low as if it was dial up from 20 years ago, screen resolution sucks, buy a Chromebook instead. What a waste of money, and of course I can't even return it.

    Flip notebook/tablet bad experience

Returned same day as delivered. This notebook ran extremely hot to the touch within 20 mins of turning on I was not able to hold in tablet mode. Think twice about buying a flip notebook, I found myself "typing" while holding this in tablet mode.

I am very disappointed about the Lenovo computer. I had McAfee security on it but after a year it crashed on me after shutting down before Windows update was finished. I reached out to get help in restoring the computer with Windows, Lenovo, and Mcafee, but now of them assisted me without a outrages charge, ganing access to my computer, and erasing my hard drive. I wasted money and still paying my Best Buy credit card for this computer. Not a good product. If you buy this product make sure you buy insurance.

New? This company should fire someone in their quality control area. Right out the box it stalled at start up. Called customer service where this defect stumped them and I returned it the very next day. Grand Opening - Grand Closing.

    Really good secondary laptop

I bought this for my daughter whose old netbook died. She has a full size laptop (15.6", 500gb hd, 8gb ram, i5 processor) but doesn't like carrying it around for her classes. With this, she can leave the full size in her dorm. Having read the other reviews, here are my observations. There are two versions of this laptop that Best Buy currently carries, one has Win 8.1, the other has Win 10. They have different SKU numbers. For Win 10 preloaded, look for the SKU that ends in 315. It's a solid performer for web surfing, MS office, Skype, Spotify, You Tube, Netflix, and other college related apps. I feel the other reviewer's Netflix issue was a combination of poor/slow internet connection and too many open apps in the background. Netflix is very processor intensive and Celeron processors do not do as well with multitasking as their Pentium counterparts. It runs great for her My reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are * High gloss touch screen. Not only is it a fingerprint magnet, its reflectivness makes them highly visible and glares in some lighting conditions. But, all of the budget to midrange devices are like this. * MacFee antivirus, runs constantly and demands a lot of cpu and hard drive time. I uninstalled it and went with Avast which is less intrusive. Positives * Matte finish on palm rest and case are great at avoiding fingerprints. * Very sturdy feel and sleek/clean look * Keyboard is a good size and comfortable for small to medium sized hands *Preinstalled bloat ware is minimal meaning the setup time is minimal.

Great 2 in 1 for Students

I bought this on a whim needing something that would allow me to browse the internet, and check my email as well as write essays using Word or Google Docs. You know, the basics. I've got to say I'm pretty impressed, I got this on an open box-excellent deal and was a bit hesitant at first but so far, it's lived up to it's expectations. It's a nice size, sleek, has decent battery life and it's convenient, plus the pre installed Windows 10 is great; I can highlight and make notes/annotations on any particular website, or I can just fold it up into the tablet mode and use OneNote to take notes during class. Since I use a stylus pen, that just makes things a whole lot easier. My only criticism would be that the area surrounding the mouse pad and keyboard is a fingerprint magnet and it takes quite a while to fully charge but in my opinion, it's got everything that a college student like myself, needs.

This laptop has failed to power up after almost 3 yrs of service. Not sure what the issue maybe but without the warranty it will probably b better to purchase a new unit rather than to fix the issues.

    Great flex 3!!!!

I read the reviews on this flex and liked what I read. The next day with thought I purchased it. Mind you I am not a computer person. When I got it home and took it out of the box I loved it. Turning laptop on and programing it was super easy. Windows 10 downloaded with no problems. For people whom may have gotten this and said windows didn't work maybe it wasn't available at the time. So far this is a great little laptop/tablet. I would recommend a slip on screen for it as I would think putting it into tablet mode would after a whole would damage the keys. With all good intentions I bought this for my 7 yrs old to use but I think I'm going to have to buy him his own. I loved it so much my mom went out and got one as well. Mind you i am in my 40s. So if you are looking for a easy to use laptop/tablet this is for you.

We've kept the PC light - didn't put any MS office on it, just Win 10, Kaspersky anti-virus, printer software, and google chrome, which he uses for email and for homework (i.e. google docs) and installed Minecraft on there (of course!) which runs fine. I just can't believe you can get a PC that runs windows, has a functional touch screen, is very portable / compact and is reasonably fast for this price. Maybe I have low expectations!

I went into Best Buy to purchase a small travel computer to replace the Surface RT. I really did not want to spend a lot as this is strictly when I travel or in special situations. This weekend I really put it through some extensive use and it worked perfectly. When I got it, I deleted some programs I will never use, replaced McAfee with Avast that my other laptops have and added a browser called Cyberfox which I use on my other machines. The wifi was flawless. I had it on most of of the day Saturday plus I watched a downloaded video and I found the screen colors to be fine. As far as Win10, other than a small learning curve, works fine. I won't comment on the speakers because I listening with ear phones being in a public place. I like the number of usb ports. I bought it as a openbox item, paid lees than $200. It needed an ac/dc charger which I ordered an oem from Lenovo for $50. It also has other screen adjustments, but I have not tried any of those yet I know its being disco'd, but if you can find one, I would recommend buying it.
