Can't use my Quicken, Word, or Excel products, but it is great for web surfing and simple games. Best part is it starts quickly and pages load fast. Very happy with purchase.

Google Workspace is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. If you currently have a Microsoft Office 365 Account, you can access that existing account through a Chromebook. Had issues when turning it on the first time. Would only allow guest access and would now allow me to login via my google profile. After turning it on/off several times, took it back to the store tech section and it powered up properly - problem i had could not be duplicated. Has worked fine since.

It is very user friendly and is a great product for browsing the web, checking email.etc. It powers up quickly so you can get on with your business. The keyboard has a decent "touch" feel. So far I have no complaints.

Cannot download Play Store Netflix or Hulu apps
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a Lenovo Flex 5 13" chromebook and was interested in this smaller, lighter Flex 3 11.6". I really wanted to love it and I would still say it's a good deal at $99. However, I found that I could not download the Google Play Store Netflix and Hulu apps on this Flex 3. (I can download the apps on my Flex 5.) I'm not sure exactly why this is, but while trying to figure it out, I also discovered that the CPU architecture on the Flex 3 is 32-bit not 64-bit as indicated in the specifications on the Best Buy website. Note that you can still watch Netflix and Hulu via a web browser on the Flex 3, but I wanted to be able to download things to watch while not connected to the internet. So I'm returning this and sticking with the Flex 5.

Very miss leading. That needs to be fixed. And it went on sale the day after i bought 2 of them from 159.00 to 109.00 they could let people know.

I just wish I could use the apps for Microsoft and didn't need to sign sign in every time I get on it. I don't use it very often I because I can't use Microsoft on it unless I am on the website because the Microsoft apps are not able to download on the chromebook.
