For the most part I love it. Except for the operating system is different than Windows and Microsoft so you can't download certain items onto it but you can use it like a phone and download your own apps like you would on your cell phone so I do like it I wish you can do both it'd be better.

I own a MacBook Air, had it about 8 years and barley use because it is not as easy to use. Have had tablets over the years and decided hey let me get a back up computer. This was the best purchase I have made. $100 can’t go wrong with chrome.

Great 2-in-1 device for the price. I mostly use it for media consumption, but it's great that I can install Android apps and do some light work on it as well. The processor is a little underpowered, but it's understandable for the price.

I love the 2 in one chromebooks. It makes a good laptop for commuting since it’s not as heavy as other laptops. I’ve had mine since 2019 and just bought all my siblings one for school. Great Black Friday deal for only 99!

Great product at a very reasonable price. Easy to setup and use with a hard-shell case and good screen. Great price for a really good laptop to be used for English as a second language program for refugees.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. Chromebook provided by school was getting old and slow. Great alternative to buying a "full blown" laptop, enabling her to do what she does - play web-based games and apps.

Loving my device . Service was quick and efficient. the only downside is that the digital downloads I got with the device is not opening, so I am not able to use them. I would encourage a friend to buy from Best Buy.

I am very happy with my purchase it works great and does everything I need it to do. The only thing I wish it had is an additional usb port. Other than that I love this chromebook.

I bought 2 for my 4 and 7 year old. This is an awesome chromebook. No more freezing and getting kicked off the school platform. I even got one for myself and now online meetings are a lot smoother.

It's exactly what I was looking for and within budget The only unfortunate set back was the fact that it is not compatible with the Chromebook pen . Either than that it was a perfect buy.

This little Chromebook is great! I was concerned about getting a Chromebook vs. Windows laptop, but so far I've not had any issues. My only issue is that it gets hot and there are no vents. However, it cools down quickly.

It gets the job done, its nothing fancy or fast but will do your basic computer needs. I got it on sale so I didn’t pass it up but at full price it would be a harder decision to make.

Husband wanted something to write on, but he says it’s a hassle to use. Doesn’t really use it for that reason.

This Chromebook has works great for the month I have used it. My only complaint is that it does not have enough USB connections. After one plugs in the charging cord and the mouse one is out of connections. I bought a hub to go with it.

not durable at all even with a protection plan. it was nothing but a headache and a waste of time and money Best buy Humiliated my family member who tried to replace the item under my warrantee while i was in the hospital unable to be there to assist i was truly very dissappionted to say the least.

I bought this to write with and used very infrequently. The battery died on it right after the one year warranty. I will not buy another Lenovo product again.

It’s good, works for what I need it for which are the basics: research, email, zoom meetings, shopping, and some streaming. Haven’t used it much yet but so far so good.

What else can be said, but it's a great, reliable Chromebook! Does everything as expected and has everything you've come to expect on a Chromebook. Good bang-for-the-buck!

I needed a basic computer for internet, email and a few game apps. This fit the bill. Its a great bargain for under $150. Love the touch screen and ability to make it a tablet.
