Received my Lenovo Chromebook 11" Flex 3 and after opening I charged it with the included charger until the LED was green. After opening the Chromebook it goes into your setup mode and there was an immediate update which I installed. Signed into my gmail account and they ask if you wish to back up your stuff to the Google drive which doesn't use any of your allotted space with Google, which I did. It also has Google Assistant where you just say "HEY GOOGLE" and tell it what you need. Very handy! Since it only has 32gb of internal memory I suggest buying a micro SD card or a USB flash drive. I had a problem getting it to recognize my SD card and I did try 2 different brand new ones. I have contacted support but am waiting for an answer as the first suggestion given to me didn't help that issue. It did recognize my USB flash drive however and showed immediately under Files. It seems to think my SD drive is also a USB drive. Hopefully we can get that corrected soon. It actually is great to use this because, although a bit bulky, you can fold it and then it becomes a tablet style instead of a laptop. Screen is colorful, nice and bright. It found my network right away and my Bluetooth accessories as well. It offers you a privacy switch to cover the built in camera. It honestly runs pretty darn fast for what it is and I have no problem accessing my various websites promptly. The keyboard feels nice and smooth with how the keys are spaced giving you ample room for easy typing. The touch screen reacts instantly when used and it has a lot of features packed in this very reasonably priced laptop! It will auto-rotate the screen, you can cast a screen, there is a nightlight off and on and you can share your files with other Chromebooks and Android devices around you. The Arctic Grey color really is lovely and it looks much more expensive than it is. I feel it's well made and looks impressive. You have lots of backgrounds to choose from for the screensaver too. This is a great Chromebook laptop and would be super for kids or adults. It is well worth the cost and works great. I definitely recommend it!

My first Chromebook. It's not the best user experience. A couple app I from play store stopped working. Other app seem buggy.

Like a lot about this Chromebook. However, when it updated the update failed and gave the message that the OS was missing or defective. Rather than deal with that, I returned. I purchased another Lenovo Chromebook for $50 more from a competitor built with the low end Intel processor and it works fine. Probably just the luck of the draw?

Good laptop for school work and basic computer needs. I don't recommend for gaming.

A decent chrome book for your 8 year old. Lacks in performance for day to day work

Some of the apps run kind of slow but it is perfect for the kids.

My review is more about Best Buy. Best buy advertises this device as having 2 USB ports, which for a device with little hard drive memory, and being a user that runs a wireless mouse, is important. Mine only had 1. It appears they sent me a model 11M836 so buyer beware.

I returned the first machine and got a replacement. Replacement is worse. Beware of a different machine. The computer is advertised to have (on the left) 5 assorted ports/slots, plus (on the right) 1 port/slot. The two machines I received have only 4 port/slots on the left side and one on right. So, it seems Best Buy is advertising the wrong machine specs and Lenovo is cutting corners on the computer by taking away ports that previous models had. Disappointing. The replacement had the port missing -and- the keyboard/trackpad are loose. Vibrates every time I press a key. Waste of time. Overall, this situation is about giving less and less to customers. Less ports, less reliable information, less satisfying transaction. Disappointed.

The size of this Chromebook and the price ...too small

I like the lay out of the computer but I didn't like that it didn't have alot that I got use to with my Samsung chromebook because it has a lot more features to do stuff than this one. This computer is good if you don't need a lot to do on it.

Lenovo sure did a great job with the design of this chromebook! I have always enjoyed chrome and android, so it is great to see all the features of those two software packages with the convenience of a laptop keyboard, touch pad, and touch screen. This chromebook is super simple to set up. Just log into it with your existing google profile information. It comes complete with an integrated web cam that has a sliding privacy cover! It covers the camera lens in red so you know it is blocked. The touch screen and touch pads are both quick and responsive. The screen can fold backwards to engage a tablet mode like a lot of laptops can these days. I also like the battery life! I usually just close the lid without completely turning off the chromebook. I usually go days without charging it! My two complaints about this chromebook are that there are no light up keys on the keyboard and that the chromebook has some weight to it! Light up keys are essential when working in a dimly lit environment and I have seen laptops jammed with more features that weighed the same or less than this chromebook. All in all, this is a great chromebook. I use it almost daily and will continue to do so! You won't go wrong with Lenovo!

Bought 2 by the reviews, price, my bad. The printer is a nightmare, the reviews are bad, my bad again. We have had 2 of the Lenovo good units. The chromebook is a bummer in the summer!

Not very durable. Less then two months in it’s broken. To be fair it was a gift for a teenager but the ones from school are still intact so

Its the perfect laptop for a kid but not so much for adults because the screen is so small but other than that its great. I decided to return for one with larger display
