His school provides Chromebooks (different brand) for students. I wanted him to have one of his own, partly so he could play his games, and also to have a backup in case the one provided by the school has to be turned in for repairs (which happens fairly often). He couldn't be happier with the Lenovo. I chose this brand because I have experience with Lenovo computers and know the quality is excellent. Since he's happy, Grandma is happy.

Awesome lil Laptop/Tablet

It was a Christmas present for my daughter & she loves it! I was worried her games would run slow or keep buffering but no, they run smoothly! I also love how it can be folded & used as a tablet or used as a laptop. My only complaint is that I've been unable to find a hard case tor this size of laptop but that has nothing to do with the laptop itself. I would just recommend purchasing the geek squad insurance like I did.

Great buy for kids

One worked just fine and the other had a system glitch right out of the box. The keys you pushed where not the keys the system recognized. We were able to return it and get a brand new one that works just fine, no issues to date.

What a let down
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Could not download a small program from Chrome store saying Hard Drive was full (Right out of box) the app is only 991 MB and when I look at the storage in the settings it shows 12 GB of space.....so how on earth is the Hard Drive full. We bought this so my daughter could do her French class off a app from Chrome Store and it couldn't even perform that one simple task. Will be returning this tomorrow.
