No instructions at all. You have to go online to get tips on how to use it. Got it set up to do my banking but can't figure out how to use a thumb drive with it. Come on guys. However, For the price, size, and performance, I was disappointed. First, at 15".6, I realized that it's not as practical as a tablet. Second, the apps keep crashing, and I've been accessing Spotify, Google Photos, Gmail, et. through Chrome. It's slow at times, and I have to reboot. It runs okay, there better options like the HP and Acer for the price range. Returning.

It started shutting down after 2 hours of being on, even though it wasn't hot. Bought this after I had returned an all-in-one that locked us out of our google accounts, then told us we had the wrong password everytime we would try to log back on.
