I have not used the touched screen very much so I can't say how accurate or sensitive it maybe or not. The compute aspect is every I expect and more!!!

Just need to update the software and off we went. The computer is fast for web use. The touch-screen is sharp and helpful on multitasking.

Tried returning but didn't realize there was 15 days. Stuck with a computer I can't use I did like how small it was and that it is a laptop.

If the speed from your IPS is fast with other devices, there may be Networking: Wireless LAN driver updates for your specific system. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:

It's fas and easy to use. Difficult keeping the teenagers off it. Lol. Charges well and holds a charge while in use.

Unfortunately, after the Windows 10 update, the laptop would not boot up. Returned it to Best Buy the next day and exchanged it for a new one. The Geek Squad set it up and the new one (so far) is working.

I!m in my 60s and it's easy to understand how to use it. It is extremely sensitive to touch and changes pages when I didn't want it to do I would've liked to have an owners manual with it

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Flex 4-11. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. Regarding a manual for this device, all documentation is online now. Here is the link:

Posted .This is an entry level, light use device. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.
