When I open a web page everything in very tiny - I have to enlarge even the search bar. It’s very frustrating. I have tried to schedule my one free visit to help me understand better but everything that comes up is in Mass. not convenient for someone in CT that lives 3 miles away from a Best Buy location.

Posted .You mention the screen changes when you open a web page. Change your settings within your web browser. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your browser, open any web page. In the upper right corner of the web page you will see a gear icon, click on it. Check your zoom settings in the window that opens make sure it is set to your preference. Now close the browser. Right click on the Windows 10 desktop screen. Select "Display Settings" from the window that opens. In the settings window that opens, check the slider setting that adjusts the size of objects on the screen. Make sure this setting is the same as your web page setting, that way you won't see any difference between your desktop and your browser page.

Good 2-in-1 for a low budget

It was ok, but the glare is strong, so I would suggest an anti-glare screen protector. Since I purchased it Open-Box, I knew there'd be a chance that somethings might not work perfectly. I was right; the mouse-pad needed some repair. All in all it was a good buy for a low-cost/low budget 2-in-1. I'd recommend buying it new.

If you try to open multiple programs it will have a noticeable effect on performance. Even navigating through multiple folders will slow it Down. Start up time is also not great. The flip feature is pretty cool, but the screen has terrible view angle so it'll be an awkward experience and is just good for giving you a migraine. If you are like me and just need a small laptop to write and take notes then this will fulfill that purpose. But you can either spend the same amount on a laptop with better performance and no awkward touch screen/flip feature or spend less on a product of the same specs without the cumbersome extra features. Number one and two gripes are definitely the viewing angle of the screen and slow startup.
