It is a Lenovo product so basically a solid machine. Would prefer not to have the burdensome Windows 10. Hope to opt for Windows 7. Otherwise perfect second machine with touch screen versatility. Great For Home/Road

The fact that it can be converted into a tablet with just folding over the keyboard is a huge plus for me. The touch screen is very sensitive so it doesn't require much force to make things happen. The only drawback I see is that the battery doesn't stay charged for long periods of time. But I remedy that by keeping it plugged in while traveling or at home when not in use. I'll purchase another Lenovo when in the market for another laptop.

You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life.

Posted .This system should provide adequate speed with its Intel Pentium processor and 4GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. The normal battery life of this model is up to 9 hours, depending on the work that the system is performing. If you are getting significantly less than this, be sure you have no unwanted programs running in the background, draining the battery. Additionally, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life.

It is very well built, battery life is great, it is very quiet and it is very responsive. It boots up quickly and so far its performance is excellent. I took away 1star for the display. The colors seem a little washed out and the viewing angle is narrow, but its not bad.

Has adequate speed and battery life. Only drawback is placement of the on/off switch. It is on the right side of the computer. If you are not careful you can accidentally shut it off if you pick it up to move it for whatever reason.

I'm not a gamer so for me the speed, space, memory, and function is just what I need. The mouse pad is very sensitive to touch so I would recommend a wireless mouse. If that was included, this would have a 5 star!

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Flex 4-14. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

If you just need a laptops for school work, occasional work, or just to have a laptop this is a good product for the money. It is a 2 in 1 laptop where it folds back and can be used as a lager tablet. It also has nice touch screen sensitivity.

I had issues with the keyboard, and it took me twice to figure it out. i do like the touch screen, but not for typing.
