Nice, sturdy budget laptop coming from one of the best manufacturers, lenovo

So far, so good. Ask me in 13 months. That is when my $1500 laptop went out.

Actually purchased for my grand daughter to use in high school (required). researched product using various consumer guides. Not a screamer but fits the bill for school use, and the price was very good.

I think its a good computer for the price. The mouse pad is very touchy you can accidentally shrink Windows by just nicking the mouse pad with another finger. Windows 10 really bogs this computer down. I think if Windows 10 wasn't on it it would be slot faster.

I like the fast start up speed and the fact that is quiet even when used hard. Good WiFi reception. The SD slot was a nice touch along with the USB and HDMI ports.

Nice screen size. Resolution is ok, don't expect true black or saturation.

Purchased this for my granddaughter and she loves it. Its lightweight and easy to use.

I am a big fan of Lenovo and this new laptop is over the top with functionality at a great price. The touch screen is nice, crystal clear. I do have only one issues and that is the shift key which is half sized on the right side of the keyboard.

I did read the reviews so I knew what to expect. I did order an SSD replacement drive and a 16GB memory stick (through another vendor) immediately. I did use the product as is for two weeks and felt that the only drawback was the slow response due to the 5400rpm internal drive. After downloading the service manual from Lenovo, I replaced the memory and the hard drive (after cloning the drive first). With an SSD, the response is snappy. With 16GB of ram, I can run large virtual machines using either VMware or VirtualBox with adequate responsiveness. Linux Mint runs adequately in a VM. I don't play games so gaming performance is not an issue for me. I use open office which is free instead of MS Office 360. With the 2 hardware upgrades, the laptop is perfect for me. If your not experienced with servicing laptops and want a responsive business laptop, i'd suggest spending the money on a laptop that comes with an SSD and maxed out memory. If you can't afford upgrading the laptop, keep in mind that this model is usable as is, but the 5400rpm internal drive will really slow down any activity requiring disk access, rendering it noticeably much slower than midrange laptops. I'm not impressed with Lenovo's web site design when it comes to product support (but it could just be me.) 5 stars if the disk and memory are upgraded. 3 or 4 stars if not upgraded. Construction quality is not bad for a $300 laptop. P.S., USB 2 and USB 3 seem to work very well.

I purchased this laptop after my fossil of a previous laptop refused to connect to the Internet, and I have continuously been pleased with the results. The system runs at a good speed, allowing me to watch fullscreen YouTube videos and stream Netflix without any sort of buffering. The ability to switch between laptop and tablet is awesome as well, as I can flip to the tablet function if I need to click on a lot of things in a short amount of time (such as on a clicker website). I also have a few games downloaded from Steam on the system and it plays them all flawlessly. I have had occasional problems with the keyboard on the laptop not working after switching from tablet mode back to laptop mode, but I have not had that issue for several months. If you need a good quality laptop for a relatively low price, this is a good system to choose.

This was a Christmas present for my 8 year old grandson and he LOVES the laptop - especially the touch screen!! He has had no trouble operating it. It did take quite a while with the initial set up, which concerned me about its speed initially, but after all of the initial work was completed, the laptop runs great. He is able to watch NetFlix, YouTube and play games without any difficulty

I bought this laptop for my son for school and it works great, lightweight, very flexible, good capacity. It is better to use with a mouse because the mousepad is kinda complicated. Oh, did I mention that it can be flip completely and use it as a tablet?

I am still learning about this product. Windows 10 is a bit different for me. As far as value goes it appears that I am more than pleased. This computer is lightweight yes offers many features and love the fact that the battery stays charged for days.

This is great for your kids first laptop! I has everything you need.

After going back and forth on what kind of laptop to buy for an incoming high school freshman, we landed on the Lenovo Flex 4. It's light, seems durable, has good battery life and will do everything the kid needs to do. And, it wasn't at a crazy price like the alternatives we considered...if he doesn't break it or lose it by the end of the year we may spring for an upgrade. For now, the Lenovo it it!

Touch screen, all the minimum bells and whistles. I found this laptop to fill the needs of a SAHM who surfs the internet and operates a small at home business. I'd have given it five stars except I may be having a problem with the power cord.
