We took it back to the store, and Geek Squad was super helpful. Don't know that I'd buy Lenovo again, but the service at Best Buy continues to be top notch!

Needs more ram but good for Netflix and web

I researched brands and models for weeks, and found the Lenovo was the most solid over HP or Dell. I stream a lot, use it for work, and am impressed with overall performance. The battery lasts forever so I can take it places and don't have to worry about losing power. I love the touch screen. I have no negatives.

The only complaint I have is that the touch pad is slow and sluggish but also not that big of a deal because it is touch screen and I use the touch screen more.

Like the notebook or laptop feature for test taking. Not a MacBook but it's a lot cheaper & does what you need it to do.

You'll end up paying more than if you purchased a chromebook, celeron or AMD processor but there's a definite different in speed and power. Touch screen is a great feature and will actually save you money from buying a mouse as well.

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.
