This is a great piece of hardware for the price... quick, powerful, great features. Compared to an equivalent Dell, you get a lot more for the money. My experience with BestBuy was an absolute NIGHTMARE (which still has not been resolved, 2 months later), but I'd still buy this computer in a heartbeat.

We purchased the laptops as a donation to a kids church check in area. They are everything they say they are and more. Love all those features for that insanely small price. Everything set up quickly and they run like a dream. To me, that's what Best Buy is supposed to be about! Good job Best Buy.

I bought this laptop to use for my business and it works perfectly. Sometimes it's a little slow if too many things are running but it still works fine for my business

The labtop works great. She uses it for school. The labtop works as a I pad and can be used in different positions. While working in groups, everyone can see what's on the labtop. Best price what I paid for it and the gentlemen on the website helped me find it. I will buy another for my son.

Bought it when was on sale for $229. Well worth it for the money. We use it daily for some internet browsing, work, and even gaming (nothing fancy, but we are able to run them sims 4 on it without a problem) I really do recommend it.

The all in one laptop was very nice, my wife loves it, and because its touch screen you use it in a tablet mode, she loves playing and at the same time she does her paper work

My little brother loves his laptop. I purchased it so he can do his homework at home and stop going to the library. It gets the job done and he loves the touch screen.

Good laptop. Multiple uses and good picture, pretty fast but always has Lenovo updates it seems.

I was a little skeptical at first because it was cheap but it gets the job done. Graphics are decent and the memory is okay. Touchscreen is a little glitchy though

I purchased this computer on Black Friday after reading tons of reviews for several different notebooks. I have owned several HPs and was looking for something that might hopefully have a little more lasting power while still fitting the mid-range price. This laptop seems like exactly that. I needed something to take with me for graduate classes. This laptop is light and travels very easily. The size is convenient for fitting into a standard backpack with a laptop compartment, with plenty of room leftover. The weight is light. Of course, the space is low but I haven't run into any issues with it so far. Several other reviews have suggested upping the gigabytes with personal modifications. I'm not very tech savvy but I'm fairly certain I could get that kind of help from the Geek Squad if I find it necessary down the road. The laptop is surprisingly fast on Startup and while running, much faster than other laptops I've had with more space.

My old smaller laptop was dying & I was looking for a new one--small size for email/internet uses. This Lenovo met the price point, although it's a teensy larger than my last one. The only thing that bugs me is the small size of the "Shift" key on the right side of the keyboard. The left one is much wider. Can't tell you how many times I've hit the "PgUp" instead. My hands aren't huge but I don't usually have any trouble with the arrangement of keys on a keyboard. Hope I get used to it. The Best Buy I shop at didn't have the model in stock so it was mailed to me--go it 3 days later--no problem.

this is my first laptop. researched it before purchase and so far I'm pleased with it. The only negative at this point is the time it takes to boot up. It is easy to use.
