This is perfect and does all that she wants. Simple to navigate and easily converts from one to the other. Long battery life as well. I wouldn't mind having one for myself!

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

Very happy with this laptop

I did some research and was surprised to see people raving about Lenovo products because I had never really heard a whole lot about them. After much research and many trips to Best Buy to test them out, I settled for this one and I am happy I did. The battery life is great and having the touchscreen is awesome. I did not think I would use it as much as I do but I use it more then the touch pad. I also couldn't go wrong with the price, it feels good in my hands, the keyboard takes some getting used to but that just comes from using a desktop/different laptop all the time. If you are in the market for a simple laptop to browse the internet and watch Netflix or anything else. I would strongly recommend this laptop.

My only problem is the touch is so light that the cursor moves around too fast and I often type in the wrong place or delete something I didn't want to.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Flex 4-14. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

Netflix looks awesome on this and my 3 year old can use it to navigate through movies easily because of the touch screen.
