My son loves it....we had to buy an auxiliary drive for CD DVD.and did so at time of purchase....which we needed to install the new printer right away.

I haven't had any issues and the ability to flip the screen over and use as a tablet comes in very handy in any number of places.

I just need internet access so fancy features weren't necessary. The computer had some issues out of the box. The sound driver kept turning the volume to 100%. Downloaded the updated driver and the problem appears solved. The left shift key is also in an odd place so I need to really think when typing. So it's a good basic machine in a small size. If I didn't need Internet Explorer / Edge for some reporting I have to do, my Mac still rates as a far better machine.

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

There is no direct access for Page Up and Page Down, and the right shift key is misplaced and small. Aside from that, everything else about the product is excellent.

Multiple chrome tabs open and running spreadsheets worked fine. I wish the screen resolution was higher, but given the price/options it is fine. A good value based laptop.

Great basic computer

It was actually vista integrated and that will no longer be serviced in a few months. Was looking for a basic computer to handle one specific business software. Email and iTunes. (Specific software not Apple compatible or would have went that route). I already have a Lenovo Yoga and love it. The flex offered similar options. May end up adding additional software, memory, ram etc. for the sale price worked great for my needs.
