It takes a little getting used to the mousepad since I was constantly zooming in and out when using the laptop.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Flex 4-14. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

Decent with a fault

The one downside that I have an issue with is that the shift key on the right side of the keypad is the size of a regular key, so you can't touch type with it at all. Additionally - it's a little difficult to not have a number pad on the right side, but certainly not a dealbreaker. Otherwise, it's a decent 2-in-1; I look forward to using it for several years to come.

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Great computer for a reasonable price.

Her primary use is surfing the web (Facebook, email, etc...), and an occasional word document. She is by no means a power user. She loves this computer. Not the fastest computer, but certainly not bad either. Connects to the web easily. The screen leaves a little to be desired, but for browsing the web, its' not bad. Overall, this is a decent computer for the money.

The screen is great, it handles multiple applications smoothly, and the battery life is excellent. A couple of other reviews have mentioned the right side shift key. It does take some getting used to, but it's workable. Wish it had backlit keys and a 10-key pad, but at this price you could afford a USB-connectable 10-key pad if you really needed it.

Great Laptop for the Price

I read about the right side shift key having weird placement and didn't think it would matter too much. I was wrong, I have to really pay attention when needing it. As a writer hitting the arrow key by accident is a problem. The other problem is the keyboard does not light up. Other than those 2 things the laptop works great and I am getting a lot of use out of.
