The laptop is slim and not really heavy (hard to find at this price) and works great. Don't expect it to be super fast or something you can run heavy software on, this is just a basic configuration laptop for normal everyday use.

Good laptop for the price.

We have a total of 12 of them and have not had a single complaint from a user. One small thing that I noticed is that when configuring them they seem a little slow but i guess you get what you pay for.

Good for surfing, Office, watching videos and the basics. One gripe would be sometimes it gets stuck in either tablet or desktop mode, but it's otherwise not a problem.

Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I knew purchasing this that I would not be happy with it. But I knew I could upgrade the RAM and HDD. I purchased it and surprisingly it wasn't loaded with bloatware. I spent about a $100 on 16gb of RAM. Already had a SSD in old laptop. Installed the RAM and cloned the HDD to the SSD. Put it all back together. Wow it used to take about a minute for it to boot to the log screen. Now I'm logged in and ready to go in about 15 seconds. I absolutely love it now. Only complaint is there is no easy access to the internal. You have to take the whole bottom casing off. And RAM was hidden under silver plate. Took me a few to find it. Haven't really used the touchscreen yet. Also the added Bluetooth works well with Gears of War 4. Since the new Xbox controllers are Bluetooth.
