They liked the smaller size, and the ability to use it like a tablet. We had a difficult time finding a stylus to use - finally found one on Amazon. I have not heard of any problems with the laptops.

He assisted me with all the product information to make my selection easy. This behavior is very consistent with all my purchases at Gresham Best Buys. I have shopped at several of your local locations but always return to your Gresham store to make my purchases. Both my son and daughter patronize this store for their great service too.

This laptop has fit the bill to date. Transferring files electronically was a bit cumbersome so I switched to a thumb drive and every thing proceeded quickly. Since then life has been a breeze. Hard drive is big enough to handle all my personal files with room to add more.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

Good basic computer that can handle internet tasks

Simple to use, easy setup and very user friendly. I wish I would've noticed it does not have a cd drive but I'm making it work.
