Was OK until screen cracked

It wasn't dropped but seemed to be very poor quality. Ended up returning and purchasing an HP Laptop with a better processor, more RAM and i3 processor for $60 more.

Poor experience

Opened the box the computer had so many spots and finger prints that it would not meet BB description of as close to new as possible. I am disappointed and would never purchase a certified geek squad product. I have resetted the laptop to windows 10 two times as it would not wake up from sleep. If it does not work properly, I may have tor return.
