It's hardly excellent - it can hardly be called good. The laptop was delivered in a crumpled box, in which all the paper and plastic contents were shoved in anyhow and therefore were in a crumpled condition. The laptop itself had a completely discharged battery, and clearly visible scratches were found on the screen cover. There was no time to return it, because it was bought as a gift on a specific date. Of course, giving a gift in such a state was not very pleasant, the mood was spoiled. I would like to strongly recommend that the employees of BestBuy be more careful in checking before selling. And potential buyers should be doubly careful.

I had to contact customer service on the first day and they unlocked the S mode without even asking me.

To log in you can use your thumb print & the flexibility of the screen is amazing. It’s cool how you can flip so that it’s like an ipad. The size is perfect for me! It got me through school.

If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.
