After hours of phone conversations with Microsoft, Best Buy's Geek Squad, and IT specialists, we had to delete Windows 11 from the computer and install a new version so that we could exit S mode. S mode prevents the user from purchasing non-Microsoft products such as Adobe Pro. I would not recommend this machine for any business owner unless they want to purchase an extra copy of Windows 11 to work around this issue.

I had to contact customer service on the first day and they unlocked the S mode without even asking me.
