    Works great once you get it out of S mode. That’s a Microsoft issue, not the computer.

    This new designed Laptop has a very soft touch and easy connections than my previous laptop. The download solution I purchased to go with the set up was done in 15 minutes and I am not computer smart, but it is working well and connected to my programs from my home computer, Very worth the money and time for my projects.

    bought this mainly as a backup to my desktop gaming pc, in case anything should go wrong with that. $330 on sale was an absolute steal for what you get. half the price of surface laptop go on sale for $650 which doesnt even have backlit keys. only negative is battery life but such is the case with most non snapdragon windows laptops

    There was an issue with pre installed Windows. It didn't allow neither to download software nor to switch S mode. What you need to do is re install Windows from cloud (there is an option on notebook), not from the device.
