The screen flashes when you try to watch a simple video. The keyboard just freezes up and you have to restart it. Then, guess what? An update that takes nearly 40 minutes. I have had it three days and this has happened four times. When you try to turn off updates it says you cant do it until you have been completely updated.

Frustrated beyond belief

I have reset it, and it is stlll too fluid. I bought an exterior mouse and still it is hard to control. I feel so frustrated that a couple of times I wanted to throw it against the wall. The screen size seems to readjust itself in the middle of scrolling, making the display terrible. As far as the battery, who knows? I do not want to use this computer long enough to test the battery life. This does not speed up my work, it slows it down! I wish I had purchased a computer geared to a child with more spongy touch and a less sensitive mouse. I cannot even get the cursor via mouse control to click the " No, I would not recommend this computer." What a joke! I thought I got a good deal on this computer, but the joke is on me.
