    It’s very bad product that’s why the give you 15 days return policy. As been client with Best Buy this the lowest rate of satisfaction. Not recommended b/c the key pads are falling apart Which is wired in a month.

    I really like this laptop however after only using it for 3 months, the screen is just black now. It turns on and off as I can hear the fan running but the screen will not come on. Disappointed as I need this laptop for school. Hoping I can bring it in to be fixed though.
