Laptop is ok for basic requirements

If you have low expectations and minimal requirements this is probably sufficient, but I am trying to use Quickbooks and app doesn't work well with this and internet keeps disconnecting (tried trouble shooting with Lenevo feedback and some of the features to resolve aren't available on the laptop). We have two other laptops in the house with no internet connection issues.

We're sorry to hear that your Flex 5i hasn't satisfied the minimum requirements for the software you need to use.
If you are keeping your Flex 5i and wish to resolve the networking issues, we're not sure what Lenovo support has helped with, but we'll start with a baseline. First, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, if you have switched your device out of Windows 11 Home in S mode, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button.
If you have not switched out of S mode, to get the latest Lenovo issued drive updates, you will have to obtain them from the Lenovo Support website due to S mode's security functions. The only difference is the one I got from other store is that it is a Dell but has all the same features that is listed on the Lenovo. So I attempted to return this one UNOPENED, and I got to Best Buy, the associate inspected the box to see if it was opened or not. Saw that it had not been opened yet and then he opened it and it wasn’t even a Lenovo in the Lenovo box. There was a completely different brand (HP, I believe) in the box instead. Not only was it not a Lenovo, but the HP or whatever it was in the box instead was dirty as hell and old

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your experience with this Flex 5i 2-in-1 has been poor due to battery life not meeting your expectations and more. We'd like to work with you to try to improve your experience where possible.
To start, there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.
