As been client with Best Buy this the lowest rate of satisfaction. Not recommended b/c the key pads are falling apart Which is wired in a month.

It turns on and off as I can hear the fan running but the screen will not come on. Disappointed as I need this laptop for school. Hoping I can bring it in to be fixed though.

But I needed it for college and couldn’t give it up for three weeks so I had to buy an external camera.

I would not recommend buying this computer. It is slow, the touchpad does not work properly, the lag time to search for anything is long, and the customer service from Best Buy is terrible. Save yourself time and get a better quality computer overall for the money. Just an honest review from a mom who thought I was getting a good quality product.

Battery life isnt good
