    Very slow, glitchy, and unreliable. If all you want to do is browse the Internet with 1-5 tabs open it might work fine. If you need multiple browser windows and tabs, to use apps like Slack, and MSFT Office it is not worth even it's reasonable price. I will buying a better one and essentially trashing this laptop.

    BestBuy sells dud laptops as openbox, won't help

    I ordered this laptop in openbox good condition, only for the laptop to be completely unusable: during setup, it becomes stuck on the network screen and no wifi networks show as available even though there are tons in the area. The fix for this is extremely complex as even the solutions available online didn't work on it. I had to go back to the store in 95 degree weather only to be told by the geek squad it has to be sent back to the manufacturer and they can't fix it. They had another one in stock, but in the 24 hours since I'd bought the item, the sale had ended and the used models were now $100 more, and a new one $200 more. They refused to do an exchange for me for the other openbox or a new laptop at the price I paid for it. The craziest thing of all is they put my laptop right back into stock as I see it's available again. So just a heads up if you purchase this laptop used from 44th and 5th in NYC, it's likely unusable unless you want to spend many hours on a possible fix.

    The touchscreen isn't very sensitive, but far worse is that the Wi-Fi connection craps out on a constant basis, while my network and other devices are fine. Also, the supposed 9-hour battery life is a joke, as it dies with in a few hours every time. I went to return it because this was becoming such an issue, but the return window closed that day.

    I purchased this laptop for school; however, I received it with windows 11 pro installed. it is in S mode and therefor will not let me download anything I need for school, such as adobe, or even Microsoft office. i have tried everything to get it out of S mode and I can't. I have had cheaper laptops work so much better.

    Waste of money. It doesn't let you install Chrome

    It doesn't let you install Chrome. Video is "jumping" up and down. Maybe it's an Edge issue but again, it doesn't let you install another browser (or any other software). I tried turning off S mode but it doesn't let me. Waste of time, waste of money. Will return

    I had less then 10 hours of total use with this computer and I got the black screen of death. This happened during a system update and never recovered. The computer is overpriced for the poor quality. Luckily, Best Buy handled the exchange extremely well!

    Poor refers to aN unrealistic return policy of 2 WEEKS. Needed to be returned as was deemed unrepairable by geek squad in Citrus Heights CA. Since it was 16 days old I was given a store credit for another purchase which I made.

    Bought the Lenovo laptop and only used it for one week and now when starting it up it just goes to black screen! And because Best Buy only gives you 14 day i cant get a refund or exchange! I have to sent it back to maufaturer for repair! Will never consider a Lenovo again!
