delivery and price problem

It was being shipped to my office not home as it was a birthday gift for my wife. They tried to deliver at 7:20 when office was closed; driver called me and I said not to leave outside that I would get it in a day or two. It was sent back to best buy, order canceled and refunded overnight. Price went up to 679.99 overnight and I am told to purchase it at higher price and apply for refund of difference.

I bought it on July 31, 2025, and all of a sudden, it stopped powering on. I took it back to the store after having it for only 7 months, and the "geek squad" sent it off. I got a message that it was due to a faulty wire, but they advised not from the manufacturer! They wanted $268 to do the repair.....on a 7-month-old laptop???? They refused to replace it. Just don't do it; it's a waste of money!!

Waste of money; keyboard system failure

No spills or crumbs whatsoever, so I was told it was just a faulty system issue. Called Lenovo Support and he guided me through fixing it but solved nothing, and the keyboard problem maintained. I ended up returning it because it was still under warranty. Extremely frustrated that I wasted my money on a computer that broke after 3 days…
