Disappointing Purchase

My son's computer has worked fine, but mine has not. It worked great for the first 7 months then all of the sudden it began disconnecting from the internet for no reason. It was sporadic at first, but now it does it consistently. It is not the wi-fi as all of our other devices remain connected. I have tried everything to fix it, with no success. It looks like I am going to have to replace the wi-fi card which seems ridiculous for a computer that is less than a year old. I am frustrated to say the least.

nice machine for the price

RAM not upgradeable

But it's worth knowing that the RAM memory is not upgradeable. All of the memory is soldered in, and there are no extra slots. 8GB of memory is fine for most uses when you have a solid state drive. But FYI.
