Mainly because I've always used my phone. But I felt it necessary to have one. I must admit that I am glad I purchased it. I'm doing way more thing on it than I could ever do on my phone. Somehow I locked myself out of the computer. I had to go into the store to have it looked at. The Geek Squad had it back in two day. No cost to me. Because I had a warranty After reading all of the reviews on line I knew I had a high end computer but for a fraction of the cost. I would definitely recommend buy this computer

Dirty had a sticker on it. Luckily it was only my 2nd attempt that morning to get a device the first one was cancelled after i was charge so that means $300 floating around out of reach. So now i have a device that i need to return but if i do that will mean another $300 in a processing mode…. 3 stars are for lenovo not burst buy. even tho the laptop is probably nice

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful Laptop for my young student. It replaced an old Lenovo Thinkpad that had charging issues. Thinking we could use this one a few years before any battery issues came up. The laptop literally stopped charging the night of a late work deadline. No charging light even after using a different charger. I could only get it to start charging by taking the bottom cover off and unplugging the battery then replugging it back in. Unfortunately late work deadline was missed. I'm going to search for firmware updates but this is a very frustrating issue and ultimately dissapointed in Lenovo laptops.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Flex 5i. We apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience that has stemmed from this, and we'd like to work with you to resolve this issue.
To start, please perform a static discharge/power cycle. To do so:
1. Remove all cables connected to the device (power adapter, HDMI, external mouse, external keyboard, etc.).
2. Be sure device is powered off, then. press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. When done, re-attach all cables and insert the power adapter, letting the laptop charge for a couple minutes, then power up the machine as usual.
If this does not resolve the issue, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button and apply all available updates. (If your device is switched out of Windows 11 Home in S mode) Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and ensure all available updates are applied successfully.
If after these steps your issue still persists, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support directly at this number: 855-253-6686, to work with a representative for more in-depth troubleshooting.

I am convinced it will handle any task or program you need or have. The Geek Squad was also fantastic in transferring all of the files from my previos Lenovo even though it had died!
