Mainly because I've always used my phone. But I felt it necessary to have one. I must admit that I am glad I purchased it. I'm doing way more thing on it than I could ever do on my phone. Somehow I locked myself out of the computer. I had to go into the store to have it looked at. The Geek Squad had it back in two day. No cost to me. Because I had a warranty After reading all of the reviews on line I knew I had a high end computer but for a fraction of the cost. I would definitely recommend buy this computer

I liked it so much, I bought the exact same model and am happy to see they have redesigned the hinges. Best of both worlds - a tablet with a built-in stand for everyday use and a laptop with a full keyboard when you need it.

I must say that I love Lenovo but this Flex 5i as powerful as it is for the price. I didn't have a great experience with this model. The memory failed about two days of owning it. In addition, the material uses is rather less that appealing. I made my bed so I understood I would sleep in it. While the laptop worked, it performed ok. I did have it freeze up a couple of times prior to it going, nighty night on me! Perhaps I just had a bad system so I won't hold it against Lenovo. Lenovo will be pleased to know hat I returned this laptop and upgraded to their Lenovo - Yoga Slim 7x - Copilot+ PC - 14.5" 3K OLED. Talk about a night and day difference. All products deserve a second chance. Lenovo has been in the game for awhile. I am sure I just had an unusual experience that is not indicative of Lenovo who makes great products.

Good value laptop, Good for work and school

Buy this and get yourself extra memory to upgrade the ram and you wont regret it.It be the perfect little work horse. This is my go to laptop for folks that need something simple and dont want to break the bank.
