    Very nice laptop. Sometimes when I try to swap it to tablet mode the keyboard won’t shut off and causes problems. Otherwise love it

      To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button.

      If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

    Only reason I bought a new laptop was that mine was old and didn’t support Windows 11. The Lenovo is a nice small laptop which is exactly what I wanted.

    Once out of S mode, works well. Touch screen and flexible hinge is nice. Fingerprint sensor very convenient. I like that there is an option to charge via USB C in addition to the other power cord plug.

    Great computer considering the low price. Only defect: sometimes the mousepad stops working as the computer thinks is in tablet mode.

    Lenovo (IBM’s consumer line) isn’t what the old ThinkPads were but if you get a few years out of them for $300 then hopefully it’s worth it
