My New Laptop

Great but anti Google Chrome.

My only complaint that's it's anti-Google when some websites work best with Chrome. Other than that, it has its perks, especially for first-time users.

I lost everything in a house fire. So I needed something to get me back online to take care of things. (Emails,bills,ect) This things been a life saver.

From day one, the laptop showed multiple issues: very poor performance, constant freezing, and overheating even during simple tasks. The build quality was also disappointing — the keyboard feels flimsy and the touchscreen is unresponsive at times. On top of that, the entire purchasing and post‑purchase experience with Best Buy was equally frustrating. Customer support was unhelpful, and any attempt to exchange the product or get proper assistance turned into a long, bureaucratic process. It felt like there was absolutely no concern for solving the customer’s problem. For the price I paid, I expected much more from both the product and the store. I do not recommend buying this model, and unfortunately my trust in Best Buy has dropped significantly after this experience.
