    This is the worst product I could choose and the poorest experience with Best Buy. I'm never buying of Best Buy ever again and I'm not spending a single penny in this store. About two years ago, I spent almost 500 USD to buy what I thought would be a good pc since the IT guy of my company had the same model. After a few weeks of using it, I started having trouble with the wi-fi that would disconnect suddenly and the wi-fi icon would be nowhere to be found. Three months later, the integrated camera started to flicker and would show with a red overlay on top of the image. A few months after and my device can't find the webcam so it's useless. Two weeks ago, my mic started emitting all kinds of deafening noises so I can't use it as well, also sometimes it can't get to be recognized by the computer. Finally, I noticed a crack on my screen and now touch screen won't work. I talked to the support and they want to charge me more money for a damaged equipment (without ANY mishandling on my part) they sold me, and now I'll have to buy a new device because this one is useless. If you're reading this, pick another store or buy it off straight from Lenovo.

    Great little laptop. It's doing exactly what I need to do. I lost everything in a house fire. So I needed something to get me back online to take care of things. (Emails,bills,ect) This things been a life saver.

    I picked this up to replace an aging Microsoft Surface Book 1st generation. I thought it was a really good deal at first and after I got it home I double checked the specs and realized the RAM couldn’t be upgraded. I ended up returning it and buying a MacBook Air previous generation that has more RAM.
