2024 Release but uses older hardware components

It has an Intel WiFi 6 AX 201 network device but this part was released in 2nd quarter 2019. Other older laptops on my network are getting 350 to 450 Mbps, but this model only gets 20 to 80 Mbps. Under warranty but would not recommend. Specs show this network device should get 2.4 Ghz,

I bought this laptop "open box - like new condition". It came in a smashed up best buy return box. No orginal box, no instruction booklet, and no POWER CORD! I bought this as a gift for someone, but it looks like it came from a pawn shop. Here is the kicker, i bought it a second time, for double the price. Came exactly the same but the cord was there this time. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT A CLEARLY USED ITEM!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Flex 5i meeting your needs with battery life. We apologize for the dissatisfaction that this has caused you, and we'd like to work with you to resolve this issue.
To start, there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.
