I couldn't download any drivers for my printer. Also the unit that I had kept losing internet connection.

We're sorry to hear that you've had a poor experience with your Flex 5i. If you still have this laptop, we wish to help you resolve the battery life and performance troubles with you.
First, with battery life, you can take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life, speed, or even the best of both worlds with automatic intelligent power.
With performance problems, to try to resolve this, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.
