Think before buying refurbished

About 1.5 months after use (work) the computer screen went black and unresponsive. Seeing as how I just purchased this year, it's frustrating due to the fact that I have to now pay for it to get fixed, since I need a computer for work.

I have always been a fast typist but I could not type of this becuse of the size of the keyboard and the elimination of the number keys on the right. Look closely at the keyboard size when buying, It really makes a different if you already type and know where your keys are. They are there but shifted over.

By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend users utilize the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). Users can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both words. Also, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the touch screen and performance issues. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. Ever since I have had this unit it has consistently been throwing me off of my internet. I returned to Best Buy and short of telling me to do things already listed and tried on the built-in scans (which I have tried multiple times) they were of little help, unless i wanted to them to check it out for a fee. I now have owned this unit for exactly one month. I have never had this issue with any other brand laptop. Would never buy anoth lenovo. I have been thrown off wifi/internet approximately 15 times in one month. As a note, every other device that I have does not have this issue.

To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button.

Constantly shutting down even after adjusting power settings, driver updates. Windows 11 is also garbage. Purchasing this product has ensured I'll never purchase another Lenovo product.
