    Overall, it's a nice computer but it's definitely overpriced. I appreciate the thumbprint sensor.

    Bad battery life. But pretty good

    Good laptop, if you need it for the basics, I run zoom on it and the battery life is so bad it only lasts an hour it basically has to be plugged in the whole time.

Regarding your issue with battery life – there are lots of variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend users utilize the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance. Users can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both words.     It's unfortunate that the manufacturer doesn't allow adding RAM, I didn't see this detail.

    I bought this computer and later returned it since it was not quick enough to load . The capacity is not good.

    was working good for the first month. the camera does not work for some reason. doesn’t backspace i have to hightlight the word then delete it. already acting a bit slow

    Touchscreen Issue

    The screen is too sensitive. Not for a rough use. One issue i'm facing is that touch gets inactive if you stop using it for couple of minutes you will need to rotate the screen and then the touch activates.

    Unreliable. "Forgets" to connect or look for internet. Crashes at least once every couple of weeks. Not recommended.

    BestBuy allows Credit Card Theft

    I can't properly review the item since someone stole my credit card info, purchased the computer online, and put themself down as an authorized person for in store pickup. BestBuy refused to help. BestBuy got their money, the credit card company takes the loss, and i deal with the headache.

    Very disappointed! The first, brand new computer stopped working after three weeks. It was replaced with a similar one. It burned out after a month. Extremely dissatisfied with the product, I do not recommend it to anyone!

    not bad when purchased on sale, but weird bugs just had us move up to a MacBook. the cursor would disappear consistently. only 8gb ram, not enough by today's standards.

    Battery is not good, drained too fast. The system js not good everytime i turn it on it ask me to unlock bitlocker

    I just got this computer today. I am 100% excited. Pros: the touchscreen is amazing, the fingerprint sensor works awesome, there is a back light on the keyboard that has two different settings or an option to keep the back light off absolutely love that. Great at multitasking can pull down tabs and minimize while having numerous still trying to figure this laptop out, but so far, I love everything about it. When you fold into tablet mode, it automatically locks the keyboard so that it’s not activated. Cons: speakers are OK they’re not what I expected have the volume at max volume and it’s not as loud as I expected.

    Great for Home Use

    Had to buy this one twice. The first one bricked it's after a BIOS update. Best buy was great with the exchange. The second one has been great for light use. Don't expect to game on it, but great for web browsing and office use
