For the money, you can't beat it! I traded in my 2020 (5 year old) M1 MacBook Air (8GB RAM, 256GB SSD) and got $300 knocked off this Lenovo laptop. Best Buy already had the price reduced, so I walked out paying only $110 after taxes! This Lenovo doesn't get as bright as my old $1,000 MacBook Air, and its battery won't last as long, but the Core i5 processor sure is snappy and I'm enjoying having twice the storage. Now, on to the perks. No Mac will ever have a touchscreen. Apple is afraid that would kill their iPad market. I also wanted a 2-in-1 design so I could operate it like a tablet. Having a Windows computer means all my work-related apps have some of the features their Mac counterparts are missing. When you sign into Windows for the first time, you're given the opportunity to have the installer pick up all the apps and settings you've used in another Windows computer you've signed into before. Amazing! What a time saver! A 1080 webcam, and a screen that goes higher than 1080p. Add a fingerprint reader and you've got a set of features that are nearly impossible to get in one device at this price.

I purchased my Lenova Laptop "Open Box" from Best Buy. I like the "fingerprint entry" and touchscreen. The unit is light and easy to transport. Screen is vibrant and sound is good volume is better than most I have owned. It is a good purchase.

I absolutely love this laptop. Its so nice to use. I thought it was going to be to big as i use to own a surface go, but honestly as someone who uses 2 monitors on my PC, the bigger screen is nice.

Perfict size. Just for home use, works well. Love the fact it is convertible, can use it as a tablet. Touch screen is responsive.

The only criticism I have is the laptop getting really warm when in tablet mode. Other than that, the laptop is really good and everything I wanted for my son's school work. If it was possible, I would rate it 4.3-4.4 stars.

Bought this laptop as I was returning to school. Best decision made. It’s perfect for my school use as well as personal use. Easy to use and the 360 degree flexibility is great when I want to use my detachable keyboard. It’s perfect for a student.

Nice laptop in affordable price. I purchased this at a deal price of $400 so I think at this price it is a steal. Screen is bright, vivid and touch sensitive. With the latest processor and 512 ssd memory it gets the job done. I highly recommend this laptop.

When I bought the computer, I was not told it would be in "S Mode" which means you can't have anything on the device that's not a Microsift product. I wanted to install the Google Chrome browser and Webroot, (my anti-virus program), and the device had to be take out of "S Mode" in order for these items to be installed (along with other non-Microsoft items I'd like to install). The Total Tech/Geek Squad technician over the phone was unable to take it out of "S-Mode" so I had to make an appointment with The Geek Squad at the store to take care of this. It was a bit annoying, but now I'm enjoying my new computer.

This is a great laptop for daily use. It is quick, quiet and does not get hot when on my lap.
