Nice laptop in affordable price. I purchased this at a deal price of $400 so I think at this price it is a steal. Screen is bright, vivid and touch sensitive. With the latest processor and 512 ssd memory it gets the job done. I highly recommend this laptop.

My college freshman's laptop broke down right before final exams (AHHHGGGG). I had to run out last minute and get a dependable durable laptop. This did the job my son says this laptop is top notch he loves the touch features and the speed.

Purchased back in Feb 2025. Decided to use it for awhile before writing a review. Wish I could say I like everything about this laptop but that isn't the case. I like the touchscreen and overall response rate of this laptop. I'm not sure if those who gave the battery life positive reviews were provided an incentive n. Because the battery life on my laptop sucks. The one thing I don't like is the battery life, it sucks. It drains down way too fast for brand new device. Although I like this device, I would not recommend it because of the battery life.

When I bought the computer, I was not told it would be in "S Mode" which means you can't have anything on the device that's not a Microsift product. I wanted to install the Google Chrome browser and Webroot, (my anti-virus program), and the device had to be take out of "S Mode" in order for these items to be installed (along with other non-Microsoft items I'd like to install). The Total Tech/Geek Squad technician over the phone was unable to take it out of "S-Mode" so I had to make an appointment with The Geek Squad at the store to take care of this. It was a bit annoying, but now I'm enjoying my new computer.

This is a great laptop for daily use. It is quick, quiet and does not get hot when on my lap.
