Great Laptop!

I usually do my reviews after some time to test the equipments and this one so far it is great. I love the touchscreen on the computer.

Lenovo has always been a trusted brand and this laptop has not let me down. It is very responsive, the screen looks great, the sound is great, and the performance is good enough for the price.

Decided to use it for awhile before writing a review. Wish I could say I like everything about this laptop but that isn't the case. I like the touchscreen and overall response rate of this laptop. I'm not sure if those who gave the battery life positive reviews were provided an incentive n. Because the battery life on my laptop sucks. The one thing I don't like is the battery life, it sucks. It drains down way too fast for brand new device. Although I like this device, I would not recommend it because of the battery life.

We'd like to work with you to share some ways to improve battery life with your laptop. To start, by utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.

Homeschooling/everyday laptop

I use this computer for my sons homeschooling and it has been very useful and easy for myself and my 6 year old to navigate.

It's exactly what I needed to complete my college assignments and compact enough to carry with me anywhere I go. My silver friend laptop is easy to use as a laptop or as a tablet because of it versatility. Let me mention the touchsceen functionality is awesome. Opening and closing programs have never been easier. A great product and worth the price.

Regarding the device warranty, if your system was purchased as new in box, we recommend visiting this Lenovo Support webpage: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/servicerequest?ProblemType=/warranty/, selecting “Warranty start date update”, supplying the respective information, as once given a proof of purchase, the support team may be able to set your manufacturer warranty start date to align with the date of purchase and the length of coverage to its respective duration.

Basic use for email and search the web and it will also be used with a knitting machine. The one thing I would caution is that since this is what they call an "S" model you cannot download documents straight form the interweb, you must have a Microsoft One Note account and use that for downloads.
