Decided to use it for awhile before writing a review. Wish I could say I like everything about this laptop but that isn't the case. I like the touchscreen and overall response rate of this laptop. I'm not sure if those who gave the battery life positive reviews were provided an incentive n. Because the battery life on my laptop sucks. The one thing I don't like is the battery life, it sucks. It drains down way too fast for brand new device. Although I like this device, I would not recommend it because of the battery life.

We'd like to work with you to share some ways to improve battery life with your laptop. To start, by utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.

Top notch laptop

I had to run out last minute and get a dependable durable laptop. This did the job my son says this laptop is top notch he loves the touch features and the speed.

Homeschooling/everyday laptop

I use this computer for my sons homeschooling and it has been very useful and easy for myself and my 6 year old to navigate.

I’ll turn it off at 100% and a few days later it’ll be at between 70-80%.. the only thing I use it for is for reading.. it’s a good study laptop but it’s too expensive if that’s what you’ll use it for, you’d be better off getting a celeron laptop for less than $200.. only thing I like is the touch screen

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, applying all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, applying all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

Great Value Laptop!

This is the best bang for the buck out right now. It is digital pen ready with a 360 degree touch screen. The screen while not OLED is decently bright and colorful. The backlit keyboard feels good and the fingerprint sensor makes loging in simple and secure. Battery life is the weakest part of the system, but as a user who is generally plugged in while traveling, it doesnt bother me. Finally, it met my requirement of a USB-C Thunderbolt port to make connecting a second screen a breeze. It also allows you to fast charge the laptop via USB-C if you forget the proprietary barrel port power supply.
