    It’s a great laptop I brought it for 311 open box excellent. The price Best Buy offered me is unbeatable and the configuration is really very at this price and laptop performance is really good so far

    This was purchased to replace an older Dell. Basic use for email and search the web and it will also be used with a knitting machine. The one thing I would caution is that since this is what they call an "S" model you cannot download documents straight form the interweb, you must have a Microsoft One Note account and use that for downloads.

    I really like this laptop for my purposes, which is primarily browsing, shopping checking email etc. The only issue I have is that the two USB ports seems to be loose somehow. Where anything that I plug into them including flash drives, my wireless mouse repeatedly looses its connection and functionality because the connection goes in and out. Will likely have to return this product for that reason.

If this is not stemming from a hardware issue, to try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

    So far, I love this computer. I do miss the arrow pad (arrow directions for moving my cursor) but the quick "on" and fast "sign off" are pleasing after years of my 2014 Lenovo being reluctant to shut down. What was especially great about visiting your store in Coeur d'Alene, ID, was the exceptional help from the Geek Squad and the marvelous sales person who talked me into an "open box" purchase to save money.
