From day one, the laptop showed multiple issues: very poor performance, constant freezing, and overheating even during simple tasks. The build quality was also disappointing — the keyboard feels flimsy and the touchscreen is unresponsive at times. On top of that, the entire purchasing and post‑purchase experience with Best Buy was equally frustrating. Customer support was unhelpful, and any attempt to exchange the product or get proper assistance turned into a long, bureaucratic process. It felt like there was absolutely no concern for solving the customer’s problem. For the price I paid, I expected much more from both the product and the store. I do not recommend buying this model, and unfortunately my trust in Best Buy has dropped significantly after this experience.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.
