    It just works. Solid build, decent specs. The screen colors are not the most impressive but gets the job done. Overall its worth it if you can get it under $500.

    Best buy doesnt accurately describe the open box condition! I bought this laptop "open box - like new condition". It came in a smashed up best buy return box. No orginal box, no instruction booklet, and no POWER CORD! I bought this as a gift for someone, but it looks like it came from a pawn shop. Here is the kicker, i bought it a second time, for double the price. Came exactly the same but the cord was there this time. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT A CLEARLY USED ITEM!

    A lot voice after I bought while I was watching video. low battery life and not satisfied a lot. I dont reccommand it many people return this model to avoid to use it.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Flex 5i meeting your needs with battery life. We apologize for the dissatisfaction that this has caused you, and we'd like to work with you to resolve this issue.

      To start, there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.
