Best Buy sent me a different computer than the one I paid for. It had a different configuration, was scratched, and failed to turn on. When I tried to return it to the store for a refund, the store wouldn't accept it because it wasn't the laptop my receipt said it was. 15 day later i dont still have my money back.

I bought this as a Christmas present to myself, and have been using it semi-daily ever since. My needs are pretty simple -- Microsoft Word, chatting with friends, streaming shows and watching videos, etc., and this laptop is perfect for all of that. It's super light and portable, meaning I'm never stuck anywhere too long. I love taking it out on my balcony, and the screen is perfectly bright enough for that. It has insanely good battery life -- I rarely need to plug it in when I take it to the coffee shop or something. Generally I think touchscreens are a gimmicky feature for laptops, but this one is great. This has been my first Lenovo product, and I have been pleasantly surprised with how non-intrusive all of the branded apps and etc are. No complaints! If you need a reliable, super portable laptop for work or hobbies, I cannot recommend this one enough

I am looking for a 14 inches laptop for my activity in my house and outside, in black Friday best buy put a good deal on this and I found this lap top with this config is perfect, so I buy it and in last for month working perfect, good battery good monitor and good CPU , so when I am using my software like as auto cad and 3D AND REVIT , works very powerfully and good, with no lag, connecting gto WIFI very fast and reliable , good keyboard, I am recommending this lap top to anyone looking for a power full lap top in good price.

Great value, just what I was looking for. There's a fair amount of compute power when all the cores spin up and the fan isn't too loud when that happens, though it is noticeable. When not under heavy load it is silent and has great battery life. The screen is good; it's not as good as a retina or something but it's not a bargain-basement one either. It has plenty of resolution and clarity for what I need. This is a great everyday/travel laptop that can keep up with moderate to heavy workloads without breaking the bank. I put linux on it so I can't speak to Windows 11 but I've had not problems with linux; there were no device driver issues and it even is smart enough to disable the touchpad when the screen is folded back to tent or tablet mode.

I’ve been able to get solid battery life, around 8–10 hours on a full charge, which is more than enough for my daily use. I've got mixed feelings about this computer. The hardware is pretty good for the price - a decent processor, nice screen, sturdy (but plasticy) body, etc. The fingerprint reader is cool. However, the software preloaded on this thing is a disaster. Windows 11 is already a mess of ads and bloatware, and Lenovo has really doubled down on that. They even baked their "Lenovo ID" thing directly into the windows onboarding process, so you'll be prompted to create a Lenovo account at the same time you create a Microsoft account. This aspect keeps your computer tied to Lenovo, even if you uninstall all their crap apps. However, the biggest issue is that the way they have implemented it keeps the computer locked into "S-mode". If you are unfamiliar, that makes it so that you can only use apps from the Microsoft store, or that Lenovo otherwise provides. Nothing else, especially non-Edge web browsers like Chrome, is allowed. Critically, Lenovo's mucking about in Windows has broken the option to disable S-Mode, so any typical user who buys this will have absolutely no way to do anything as simple as use Chrome. Nothing that Microsoft (or Lenovo) hasn't explicitly approved would be usable. In the end, I just reinstalled windows and then installed only the important drivers (available here: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/flex-series/flex-5-14iau7/downloads/driver-list/). At that point, I was allowed to turn off S-Mode and use my laptop like a real computer.

It is pretty good laptop compared to its price. Great lightweight business laptop. Lenovo has perfected the lightweight business laptop. Its light, fast, and the display is brilliant. battery life is balanced with performance so if you are doing email and web browsing the battery lasts a long time

O my gosh! This Lenovo laptop is the best I have used so far. Display is very clear, touchscreen is smooth. Backlight keyboard is very helpful and you can flex it to a tablet. Battery life is long. Lightweight, can be taken with you anywhere. Speed is super fast. I just love everything about it. And yes, I would very much recommend.

Great price (when on sale). Convenient 2 in 1 functions and compact size to carry around. Reliable brand. Strong memory capacity, good Intel i5 speed, and very good graphics. Includes a 1080P camera. Battery life is better than any laptop that I have previously owned. My best advice is to let Best Buy Geek Squad do an affordable New Computer Setup. They will inspect the device and make sure the keyboard, monitor, touchpad, and connection ports all work. They will remove useless adware/bloatware. They disabled the dreaded S mode so that you can load other software at my request. I had Best Buy install the Office Student/Home 2021 version in lieu of Office 365. They helped set-up my email accounts before I left the store. This unit connected to my home Wi-fi without any issues & therefore my home HP Wi-fi printer when I got it home. I purchased a Lenovo docking station to connect external monitors. Use the on-board HDMI along with the docking station HDMI. Display two unique monitors with the laptop lid closed or two monitors along with the laptop monitor for three unique screens. You can charge or power the laptop through the docking station using the Thunderbolt USB-C port. So far, I am completely satisfied with this Lenovo laptop. I am also very pleased with the Best Buy & Geek Squad purchase and pickup experience.
